The forms are created through direct exposure (Computer-to-Plate)
of the image onto the printing plate. This process eliminates the
need for installation and copying steps in the workflow, enhancing
print quality and reducing setup time. The result is an almost
flawless combination of CtP forms, particularly those with punches
made during the exposure process.
We exclusively use thermal exposure systems, which ensure the
highest possible quality. All of the forms we produce feature a
two-layer coating, significantly improving circulation resistance
and providing enhanced protection against aggressive chemicals.
These forms are suitable for a wide range of printing tasks,
including complex jobs and high-volume runs (over 50,000 sheets),
as well as printing with foils and UV inks. They deliver flawless
linearization, sharp raster points, and consistently reproduce 1-2%
rasters with precision. Shadowing on the printing plates is
virtually eliminated.
In response to the evolving needs of packaging printing, corrugated
boxes are increasingly becoming more refined, vibrant in color, and
larger in size. Gone are the days when simple fonts and images
sufficed; today, they dominate a significant share of printed
products. Unlike most paper printing tasks which have transitioned
to high-speed and large-scale color printers, packaging printing
remains resilient due to the diverse materials that cannot accept
traditional printer inks.
Conventional corrugated printing undeniably commands the majority
of the printing sector, leveraging its originality and
cost-effectiveness through high-speed printing. Embracing this new
era post-pandemic, trends lean towards colorization, refinement,
and automation. The key lies in digitization-aiming to minimize
reliance on manual labor as much as possible. Thus, the complete
computerization of flexo plate making is now imperative.
From color separation to screening, exposing, washing, and
post-treatment, labor's role now primarily involves plate handling
and keystrokes. Standardizing pre-press operations ensures that
novices and experts alike can achieve equally stunning printing
plates without deep knowledge of printing principles. The
traditional notion of a printing master is fading into history.
Meanwhile, the use of plastic film in flexible and elaborate
packaging printing strengthens the plastic industry's capabilities.
The advent of filmless pre-press equipment and innovative digital
plate-making technologies allows in-plant plate production without
a master, slashing plate costs by up to 80% and eliminating wait
times. This advancement not only enhances production management but
also reduces the need for skilled labor, transforming anyone adept
with a computer into a pre-press operations expert.
Introducing the CTP (Computer-to-Plate) direct imaging inkjet
printer further revolutionizes pre-press operations by directly
printing images onto plates without negative film. Coupled with
no-vacuum exposure capabilities on flatbed inkjet printers,
alongside modern automatic plate washing, anti-tack, drying, and
post-exposure equipment, these advancements consolidate all
pre-press tasks into a few streamlined processes. This
digitalization, computerization, and reduction of manual
intervention represent indispensable tools for future printing
generations, ensuring efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced
production capabilities throughout the 2020s and beyond.
We take pride in serving a diverse and expanding global customer
base, with clients across a wide range of industries and regions.
Our dedication to quality and dependability has earned us the trust
of businesses of all sizes, from large corporations to smaller
enterprises.
Our printing forms are produced using direct exposure
(Computer-to-Plate), where the image is directly transferred to the
printing plate, eliminating the need for installation and copying
processes. This streamlined approach enhances print quality,
reduces setup time, and ensures a nearly flawless result,
especially in forms with punches made during the exposure.
We exclusively utilize thermal exposure systems to uphold the
highest quality standards. All of our forms are coated with a
durable two-layer finish, improving resistance to circulation wear
and offering exceptional protection against harsh chemicals. These
forms are ideal for a variety of printing tasks, from intricate
projects to high-volume runs (over 50,000 sheets), and are fully
compatible with foils and UV inks.
With exceptional linearization, sharp raster points, and consistent
reproduction of 1-2% rasters, our forms deliver precise and
reliable results, minimizing any shadowing on the plates.
Furthermore, we back our products with a robust warranty, ensuring
customers peace of mind and the highest level of performance and
support. Whether you're in Europe, Asia, the Americas, or beyond,
we are committed to providing premium printing solutions, supported
by reliable customer service and a comprehensive warranty.
