The rotary vibrating screen is a circular three-dimensional vibration screen that achieves three-dimensional screening through vibration motors. It offers multiple layers, is sealed to prevent dust, and allows quick screen replacement. Suitable for classification, impurity removal, and solid-liquid filtration, it works effectively with powders, granules, and slurries, and is widely used in industries such as chemical processing and food production.

Working principle
The eccentric weight of the vertical vibration motor rotates, generating three-dimensional excitation force, which drives the screen body to oscillate radially. The materials bounce and slide on the screen surface. Those smaller than the mesh size of the screen mesh are screened out, while the larger particles are discharged from the outlet.
