Product Description
The conical mixer is an efficient mixing equipment widely used in

Working Principle
The core process is convection mixing:
1. The double-screw agitator, driven by the transmission system,
revolves around the central axis of the conical cylinder while the
two screw rods also rotate at high speed independently.
2. This combined motion lifts the material from the bottom of the
cone along the cylinder wall upwards.
3. The material at the top is then scattered and refluxes to the
central area of the cone under the force of gravity.
4. The material undergoes a repetitive vertical circular motion of
rising, spreading, and refluxing within the cylinder. In a short
period of time, it achieves multi-directional and high-intensity
interlaced convection, thereby achieving a highly uniform mixing
state for all components.
The entire mixing process is gentle, causing minimal damage to the
material particles, with high mixing accuracy and no dead corners.
