Working principle
The working principle of the linear screen is based on directional linear vibration. The equipment usually installs two synchronous and counter-rotating vibration motors. The excitation forces generated by these motors add up in the direction parallel to the screen surface, forming a powerful directional driving force; while in the direction perpendicular to the screen surface, the forces cancel each other out. This causes the screen box and the screen mesh to generate reciprocating linear vibrations as a whole. 
After being fed into the screen, the processed materials are subjected to continuous linear vibration, causing them to be slightly lifted up and leap forward in a regular manner. During this process, particles smaller than the screen holes can pass through the mesh and achieve separation, while larger particles continue to move forward along the screen surface until they are discharged from the discharge end, thus completing the screening or grading operation efficiently and continuously. The key point is that the materials exhibit a clear and rapid linear movement trajectory on the screen.
