Working principle

The working principle of the air flow sieve is based on the synergy between the kinetic energy of the airflow and the sieve structure: After the equipment is started, the fan generates a negative pressure airflow, which sucks the powder or micro-particle materials to be sieved into the sieve cylinder. Under the drive of the airflow, the materials move at high speed along with the airflow. During this process, the fine particles with diameters smaller than the sieve holes can smoothly pass through the sieve and enter the subsequent collection system; while the coarse impurities with excessive diameters cannot pass through the sieve and will be continuously pushed towards the discharge port at the end of the sieve cylinder by the airflow, and finally be discharged from the equipment. Thus, the fine separation of the materials is completed.
