Product description

The small powder filling machine is an automated filling equipment for fine powder materials, suitable for small-dose materials such as food additives and medicinal powders. It achieves high-precision filling through high-precision screw metering or negative pressure adsorption control, with an accuracy of within ±1%. It is equipped with a dust suppression device and a sealed channel, features touch screen parameter adjustment, and is compatible with various containers, significantly enhancing the production efficiency of small-batch powder products.

Working principle
The small powder filling machine stores the powder to be filled in the storage bin. After being started, it is driven by the power device to make the metering component work. The screw metering type pushes the quantitative powder to the discharge port by the rotation of the screw; the negative pressure adsorption type uses the pressure difference to suck the powder into the metering chamber. The powder is conveyed through the sealed channel to the container to be filled. Meanwhile, the equipment precisely controls the running time or stroke of the metering component through the sensor and the control system, ensuring that the filling error of each batch is within ±1%, completing the automated quantitative filling process.
