Product Description
The conical mixer is a commonly used mixing equipment in industries
such as chemical engineering, food, and medicine. Its main body is
in a conical structure, and it usually has a spiral stirring
component inside. During operation, the materials are lifted from
the bottom of the cone to the top through the rotation of the
spiral and continuously circulate, enabling different materials to
be uniformly mixed in a relatively short time. It features high
mixing efficiency, low energy consumption, and convenient
unloading. It can meet the mixing requirements of various powder
and granular materials.
Working Principle
Through the high-speed rotation of a single or double screw, the
material at the bottom of the cone is lifted upward along the outer
wall of the screw to the top of the cone by the thrust of the screw
ribbon. After reaching the top, the material is scattered in all
directions due to the action of centrifugal force and gravity,
forming a vertical circulation movement of "spilling at the top of
the cone". Meanwhile, when the spiral rotates, it generates radial
thrust within the cone, causing the material to diffuse from the
center to the cylinder wall. Meanwhile, the material spilled from
the top of the cone will fill the space at the bottom of the cone,
forming a unidirectional cycle of "lifting - scattering - radial
flow", thus achieving the mixing of powder or granular materials.

- Broad-spectrum material adaptability: Suitable for
powder/granular materials, especially good at mixing materials with
large density differences, prone to stratification or caking, and
can be equipped with a flying knife device for crushing caking.
- Flexible function expansion: Some models support inert gas
protection to meet the requirements of flammable, explosive or
oxidation-sensitive materials;
- Convenient maintenance and cleaning: The stainless steel cavity
is polished with no dead corners and meets GMP standards. It is
easy to disassemble and maintain, making it suitable for high
hygiene requirements in scenarios such as pharmaceuticals and food.
