Working principle
The working principle of the rotary vibration screen is: through the vibration motor to generate exciting force, so that the screen box to do high-frequency three-dimensional rotary vibration movement. The motor shaft drives the eccentric block to rotate, and the centrifugal force generated makes the screen box vibrate simultaneously in the horizontal, vertical and inclined directions. After the material enters the screen surface from the feed port, it quickly disperses under the action of this complex vibration. The fine particle material smaller than the screen size is discharged from the corresponding outlet through the screen under the action of vibration and gravity; The coarse particles larger than the screen aperture move in a circle along the screen surface and are finally discharged from the other end of the discharge port, so as to achieve the grading and screening of the material.
