5. Liner of the slot body: made of high-strength engineering plastic high molecular polyethylene, with weak adsorption, no sticking, wear resistance, and corrosion.
6. Feed and discharge ports: there are two types, square and round, and the form of the feed and discharge ports is generally determined by the user.
The spiral blade is welded on the rotating shaft of the U-shaped spiral conveyor, and the spiral blade will rotate to produce forward power when working, forcing the material to move forward to complete the conveying. In this process, the reason why the material does not rotate with the blade is that one is the gravity of material itself, and the other is the friction resistance of the inner shell of the
equipment on the material. and can perform well under limited conveying site conditions. It has good performance, which is extremely advantageous for occasions with large dust and environmental requirements, and can avoid the generation of dust during the conveying process.

5. Flexible layout: Continuous conveying can be achieved horizontally/large inclination, which is suitable for more different application scenarios.
6. High-eff conveying: The design of the spiral body with small diameter, high speed, and variable spiral ensures that the product is smoothly and quickly fed evenly during the working process.
7. Diversified connection: The inlet and outlet ports can adopt universal ball, cloth bag, flange, and other connection methods.
