The granular material with different particle sizes and mixed coarse and fine particles

enters the screen surface. Due to the vibration of the screen box, material layer is

dispersed, and the small particles take the opportunity to pass through the gaps and

move to the lower screen surface. Since the gaps between the small particles small, the

large particles cannot pass through and will be retained on the screen surface. Thus, the

originally randomly arranged particle group is separated, that is, the are stratified

according to their sizes, forming a pattern with small particles at the bottom and large

particles at the top. The fine particles reaching the screen surface, smaller than the

screen holes, pass through the screen, ultimately achieving the separation of coarse and
