The straight discharge vibrating screen, also known as the straight
unloading vibrating
screen, uses one or two horizontal vibrating motors as the
excitation source The
vibrating motor is placed on one side of the body (two vibrating
motors are located on
both sides of the body). After the material enters the interior of
the, it makes an elliptical
motion trajectory under the action of the vibration source, moving
quickly and reciprocally.
While completing the action of passing through the net the
vibration force can
continuously strip, disperse, and reorganize the material, thus
allowing the material to
quickly pass through the net. The material that cannot through the
net is discharged from
the discharge port on the screen according to the movement
trajectory of the equipment,
completing the screening operation process.
The working principle of the straight centrifugal sifter mainly
relies on the vibrator
motor. The two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric
blocks at the upper
and lower ends of the vibrator motor shaft convert the rotational
motion of the
vibrator motor into a combination of horizontal, vertical,
inclined, and centrifugal.
These forces are then transmitted to the screen surface to achieve
the purpose of
sieving. By changing the phase angle and weight of the upper and
lower eccentric
blocks the magnitude of the exciting force and the trajectory of
the material
movement can be adjusted.
