Ultrasonic vibrating sieve also called ultrasonic vibro sifter is
composed of ultraonic vibration system and vibro sieving
machine.With unique technology,the ultrasonic system will transmit
hugh-frequency micro vibration to the mesh.Plus the original vibro
of machine,the sieving output,quality and capacity can be
dramatically increased.Also mesh can do perfect self-cleaning to
reduce the downtime for our clients. Ultrasonic vibrating sieve has a single layer of ultrasonic grid
two discharge port design, double layer ultrasonic grid is a tow
two type ultrasonic grid, three discharge port design, an external
type ultrasonic instrument two ultrasonic probes. Special
non-calibration ultrasonic vibrating screen equipment, such as with
bin, bottom cylinder raised, mobile, open type ultrasonic vibrating
screen. It is suitable for 40 -635 mesh especially 100 mesh to fine
particles.

Working principle
Ultrasonic screening system is composed of ultrasonic resonant power supply, oscillator and resonance ring. The high-frequency electric oscillations generated by the ultrasonic resonant power supply are converted from the oscillator to high-frequency oscillating waves, which are transmitted to the resonance ring to generate resonance, and then the vibration is uniformly transmitted to the screen surface by the resonance ring. The material on the screen is made of low frequency vibration by the vibrating screen motor at the same time, superimposed on the ultrasonic vibration, which can not only prevent mesh plugging, but also improve the screening yield and quality.
