Continuous vacuum feeder is a new product developed by our company on the basis of the existing intermittent vacuum feeder. It is mainly used to meet the requirements of continuous feeding conditions and improve work efficiency.It consists of vacuum pump (no oil, no water), vacuum hopper, filter (polyester film filter, pe filter, 316L stainless steel filter or chin metal filter to choose from), compressed air blowback device, pneumatic discharge door device, automatic control device, stainless steel suction nozzle, conveying hose and so on.

The discharge valve of the continuous vacuum feeder produced by our company adopts rotary valve, with large discharge quantity, stable operation and uniform discharge. It can vacuum conveying powder material, granular material, powder mixture, can automatically transport a variety of materials to the packaging machine, injection molding machine, crusher and other equipment hopper, can also directly transfer the mixed material to the mixer (such as V-type mixer, two-dimensional mixer, three-dimensional mixer, etc.), reduce the labor intensity of workers.
