The operation steps of vibrating screen are as follows:
1. Check whether the springs and screws are loose before starting
the machine; Whether the oil volume between the bearings meets the
requirements; Whether the screen body and spring have cracks;
Whether the triangular belt is worn or broken; Check whether the
screen opening is clean and whether there is broken or blocked.
Close the air door of the dust collector before starting the
equipment.
2. When interlocking is started, the emergency switch can be closed
after receiving the "pre start" signal, and the equipment will
start with the system.
3. In case of non interlocking operation, the equipment can be
started individually.
4. After the vibrating screen operates normally, open the air door
of the fan.
The actual screening process is:
after the crushed materials with different particle sizes and mixed
coarse and fine enter the screen surface, the material layer is
dispersed due to the vibration of the screen box, and the small
particles pass through the gap and transfer to the lower screen
surface. Due to the small gap between the small particles, the
large particles cannot pass through and will stay on the screen
surface, so the originally disorderly particle groups are
separated, that is, they are layered according to the particle size
to form small particles below, The arrangement rules of coarse
particles. The fine particles that reach the screen surface and are
smaller than the screen hole are screened through, and the coarse
and fine particles are finally separated to complete the screening
process.
