PU Release Agent For Elastomers And Cast Parts (Concentrated Solution)

It is a lubricant and release system designed for polyurethane industry.
It has shown excellent performance in releasing various PU foam except for flexible. It can be applied on rigid foam, integral skin foam and elastomer.

Its advantages include easy application, low odour, no build-up, excellent release properties, excellent surface, etc.

Applying
Dilute the product with a solvent to a suitable solid content. Naphtha and heptane are recommended. Generally it can be diluted by adding 10-50 parts of solvent. The specific dilution is subject to the actual process.
Thoroughly clean the mold surface. Apply at least two uniform, thin coats at process temperature. Allow a short drying time. Reapply a light coat at process temperature when required to maintain desired release and lubrication.

Handling precautions
For industrial use only.
Prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions should be avoided. Accidental splashes in the eye should be washed out with copious amounts of water.
