Shangxu Queue Management System is a computer appliance with an embedded web-server that operates your Queue Management. Our system based on Windows version. This solution has a simple plug and play configuration and it allows you to create modular configurations of players through a Master and Slave architecture.
 
COMPONENTS - EXPLAINED

Our Queue Management System includes:

1. A Player or a PC Player connected to infor- mation screens. For the windows version you can choose your own PC Player with windows

       2.A Ticket Dispenser

        The installation is very simple with the automatic detection system over TCP/IP networks. Q-Better has buttons (up to 8 services) and                    touchscreen ticket dispensers (unlimited number of services).
 
       3.A QM PAD that is a control console to service counters. This system allows you to call, cancel and pause the tickets and to get statistics             about the service.
 

 
How does it work?
a)Customer selects a service in the ticket dispenser.
b)The ticket can have your company’s name and logo, selected service, ticket number, etc.
c)Customers look at the screens in the waiting area where your products and services are promoted.
d)A sound and a visual signal is played when a new customer is called
e)Ticket number appears on the central or lcd showing the customer’s desk/cashier number.
f)The customer is served, and the employee calls a new client with the software terminal.

You can access the Statistics of your queue management system any time and anywhere remotely. The data in both chart and table format and can also be exported to XLS format.
