Working principle
At the beginning of the working process, the bottles are fed to the labeling machine at a constant speed on the conveyor belt. The mechanical fixing device separates the bottles by a fixed distance, and pushes the bottles along the conveyor belt. The mechanical system of the labeling machine includes a driving wheel, a labeling wheel, and a reel.

The driving wheel drags the label tape intermittently, the label tape is pulled out from the reel, and the labeling wheel will press the label tape on the bottle after passing through the labeling wheel. An open-loop displacement control is used on the reel to maintain the tension of the label tape. Because the labels are closely connected to each other on the label tape, the label tape must constantly start and stop.

The label is attached to the bottle when the labeling wheel moves at the same speed as the bottle. When the conveyor belt reaches a certain position, the label belt drive wheel will accelerate to a speed matching the conveyor belt, and after the label is applied, it will decelerate to a stop.

Process:

Bottle infeed → pre-position →label feed →labeling→finish

Mechanical parts:

Transportation institution: TRANSTECNO AC motor 750w (with deceleration by TRANSTECNO ), inverter speed control

Conveyor: Italy FLEXON LF820-K325 industrial nylon chain plate conveyor

Mainframe transportation institution : TRANSTECNO AC motor 1.5Kw (with deceleration by TRANSTECNO)

Bottle separation institution: Industrial worm sub bottle institution

Bottle feeding institution: With worm bottle feeding institution and starwheel position feeding institution to ensure the accuracy and stability of loading

Positioning institution: Mechanical pre-location , using the cam institution to planish the bottle for label positioning

Labeling institution: bottles are pick up by rotary wheel ,labeling during the rotation.

Supply label institution: High speed servo sticker label supply system (drive by servo-motor)

Pressing label institution: Arc brush unit

Guided bottle institution: Adjust by double coordinate section guide rail

Safety part of the machine:

Safety protection: In order to keep the operator safety ,when the machine is running please close the protective doors

Lack of label alarm: Set an alarm to remind the operator to change the label when the label will be use out

Lack of bottle alarm: When lack of the bottle the machine will stop and make an alarm .The machine will restart automatically as soon as the bottles have been put that will facilitate on-line production

Leak of labeling alarm: To control the quality of labeling

Pressure testing : When the pressure can not meet the equipment requirement ,the machine will stop to against bad products produce
