Roller conveyor output connection barrel water filling machine with 120 BPH speed​

Principle:

This Barrel water filling machine is integrated with jar washing-filling-capping functions together;

Workers use their hands to install the empty barrel on the tank rack.

The barrel rack with barrel is transferred in advance to clean the tank rack, and the transmission power is transmitted by the gear cylinder;
Cleaning is divided into two parts, the first part is disinfectant cleaning, the second part is pure water cleaning.

Under the effect of gravity, the cleaned tank falls on the angle plate through the transmission chain, and then pushes the bottle to the lower filling head to start filling; the filling amount can be controlled by setting the filling time.

The installed can will be pushed under the cap by the empty can.

Workers put a large number of disordered caps into the cap loader, which automatically sorts caps and loads them into the cap track.

When the full bottle passes through the cap, the cap will fall on the bottleneck, and then the cap cylinder will automatically cap through the cap pressing cylinder.
