CE 1t/H Coconut Shell Continuous Carbonization Furnace

This carbonization furnace is a continuous ratory drum type carbonization furnace. It can carbonize different materials into charcoal, such as sawdust, wood chips, rice husk, olive waste, coconut shells, nuts shell,sugarcane bagasse,small things etc. Finished charcoal can be sold in the market directly, or deep processing into BBQ charcoal, shisha charcoal, etc. The whole set mainly contains carbonization furnace, gasification furnace, charging part, discharging part, fan, etc.
Different from the energy-saving and environmentally-friendly continuous carbonization machine, it has two significant advantages: First, the main machine has a large volume, high carbonization rate, and strong production capacity, and can be produce 0.3-0.8 tons of carbonized products per hour;

As the export containers' size limited, we usually make five size of rotating carbonization furnaces: 08x8m, 1x10m, 1.2x10m, 1.2x12m and 1.5x12m.
