Butt Welded Elbow is made by the carbon steel raw material pipe which is bent by the hot process and cold process . Both process can make the Carbon Steel Elbow ,but main process which is used in the market is Hot Forming Elbow Machine and from the Hot Pushing Elbow Machine the raw material pipe is expended and to bigger size dimension pipe fitting and after forming the Butt Welded Elbow is still heated and in red color and then operator will do the sizing process at once and after because after forming the Carbon Steel Pipe Fitting is easy to be made in to change the shape.According to the clients requirement,we can select the elbow machine type and after forming the Carbon Steel Elbow ,we need to do beveling , shot blasting , marking and do package according to the requirement. And the Seamless Elbow is belong to butt weld pipe fittings which is one type of welding connect way so we need to do beveling before using the Pipe Fitting.
 
Butt Welded Elbow has been used in different from the Butt Welded Tee. What is a bend?

technical requirements

1. Since most pipe fittings are used for welding, in order to improve welding quality, the ends are beveled with a certain Angle and a certain edge. According to the pressure level, there are about 17 kinds, which are the same as the American pipe standard :Sch5s, Sch10s, Sch10, Sch20, Sch30, Sch40s, STD, Sch40, Sch60, Sch80s, XS;Sch80, SCH100, Sch120, Sch140, Sch160, XXS;The most common ones are STD and XS.
