API Test Stump For BOP Pressure Test Service / BOP Test Flange BOP Test Stump is the test flange for BOP pressure testing service.
The test stumps are used at on shore or offshore drilling rig to
test Annular type of BOP, the main purpose is for
locking mechanism test and sealing mechanism test. Different
arrangements like API ring joint flange connection and Clamp hub
connection are used for installation of BOP Test Stump. BOP Test
Stumps are designed and manufactured in line with API 16A
spec. BOP Test Stumps include base plates, side and bottom ports, and
fixed or removable test mandrel retaining thread.
