API High Pressure Chiksan Longsweep Hose Circulating Swivel Joint Loop
The Chicksan hose loop manufactured as per API 6A specification includes three types: short radius flexible manifolds, long radiusflexible manifolds and integral type flexible manifolds. The Chicksan loop is one of piping components used in high pressure fluid discharge pipelines, water supply lines, well test lines, cementing slurry lines and other HP supply lines. The chicksan loop is composed of swivel joints and straight pipe joints, and unions.
Technical requirement of Chicksan hose loop 2" x Fig602 Chicksan Loop 2" x 6000psi WP with style 50 Swivel Joint WECO 602 FIG end connection, made out from fully forged alloy steel as per AISI 4130-4140 standards, swivel joint shall have dual packing arragement with leak detection port plu, pipe shall be of API5L standards, Grade X65, SCH-XXS * Loop shall have two weco pup joints of 10ft length each with integral fig 602 end connection MxF; ID 2" working pressure 6000psi, tes pressure:9000 psi. * Loop shall have two style 50 swivbel joints with fig 602 MxF end connection. * The rubber element of items supplied shall be of Viton FPM * The inner-outer ball races of swivel joint shall be of SS316 grade
