EE Material Class Surface Test Tree Flowhead Wellhead Plug Valve 3"-10M

The flowhead consist of cross adaptor, swivel, body, lifting sub,plug valve and so on.

The flowhead is raising type with two wings which can connect with pipings, outlet is 1502 union. As per requirements, the tools can be transported from the top, the two wing control the fluid by low torque valves. The master valve control the surface equipment open and close. The thread of swivel is Left thread in order to avoid thread loose when in rotating.

The bottom connection thread is 4 1/2IF, two stage sealing in order to keep high tensile strength and high pressure sealing.

Standard operating practices

1. Ensure that the flowhead is rated in excess of the maximum anticipated shut-in wellhead pressure
2. The flowhead is suitable for sour service if the well is of sour nature.
3. Visually inspect the main body for signs of structural damage likely to affect integrity of assembly. Check threads and sealing surface for damage.
4. Function the hydraulic actuator mechanism ensuring that it traves freeely the full travel without internal pressure. With the valve in the closed position measure the protrusion of the stem and note. Check the operation of ESD panel supplying the hydraulic fluid to the actuator.

SWIVEL ASSEMBLY

The tubing swivel is located beneath the Surface Test Tree and is designed to allow test string rotation while the Surface test Tree remains stationary above it.It is necessary to rotate the string during the operation of some downhole tools.e.g.setting a retrievable packer.Mechanically unlatching from the sub sea tree,etc.
