Standard: It is suitable for conducting the water spray test as stipulated in the R1/R2/S1/S2 clauses of the Japanese standard JIS D0203.
Natural water (rainwater, seawater, river water, etc.) can cause corrosion, fading, deformation, reduced strength, swelling, and mold growth on products and materials. Electrical products, in particular, are highly susceptible to fires due to short circuits caused by rainwater. Therefore, conducting water protection tests on the casing of specific products or materials is an essential and crucial procedure.
Sample Scope: Outdoor lighting fixtures, household appliances, automotive parts, and other electronic and electrical products.
Equipment Function: The main function of this equipment is to test the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, lighting fixtures, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles, and their parts under simulated rain conditions. After testing, verification is performed to determine whether the product's performance meets requirements, facilitating product design, improvement, verification, and factory inspection.

1. Suitable for water spraying tests according to JIS D0203 (R1/R2/S1/S2).
2. The outer shell is made of high-quality domestic steel plate with a baked enamel finish, making it aesthetically pleasing and durable.
3. The inner chamber and turntable are made of SUS304# stainless steel, ensuring rust-free operation over long-term use.
4. Box-type structure; built-in water tank for water recycling; low water level alarm detection in the water tank.
5. A transparent observation window (tempered glass) on the door; LED lighting installed inside for easy observation of the internal testing process.
6. The JIS rotating tube drive uses a high-quality domestic stepper motor, allowing precise control of the rotating speed at 23 revolutions per minute (set directly on the touchscreen).
7. The JIS rotating tube pressure is adjustable on the control panel.
8. Turntable Drive: Uses a high-quality domestic stepper motor. Speed and angle can be set on the touchscreen (adjustable). Precise stepless adjustment within the standard range, and automatic control of forward and reverse rotation (forward and reverse rotation: suitable for testing with samples powered on, preventing wire tangling).
9. Test Time: Can be set on the touchscreen, setting range: 0-999min (adjustable).
10. Filtration Measures: Standard high-precision filter, effectively filtering impurities in tap water; filter cartridge can be replaced periodically.
11. Core Control System: Uses a 7-inch touchscreen + controller. Electrical components are imported brands such as LS and Omron. Wiring meets national standards, the circuit board layout is reasonable, wiring is secure, and labeling is clear.
12. The test chamber has a 50mm diameter wire hole on the side with a rubber stopper, allowing users to easily connect an external power supply to power the samples. (Note: External sample power supply is to be provided by the customer.)
