Application:

Used for testing the making and breaking capacity, breaking capacity, and normal operating life of switches for household and similar fixed electrical installations, plugs and socket-outlets, and appliance couplers.

It evaluates whether the products can withstand mechanical wear and electrical fatigue in normal use, checks for contact sticking, permanent closure or permanent disconnection, and examines excessive wear or other harmful consequences.

Testing Principle:

The device uses a servo motor-driven mechanism to perform repeated linear pressing, toggling, or rotating actions on the specimen, while simultaneously conducting load switching tests. The make/break time, test speed, stroke, and rotation angle can be preset via a touch screen.
