Pressure Tank Product Overview This advanced immersion test equipment features PLC control and a
stainless steel pressure tank designed for IPX8 waterproof testing
according to IEC 60529:2013 standards. The high-pressure water tank verifies the protective performance of
electronic and electrical products, automotive components,
motorcycle parts, household appliances, seals, and lighting
fixtures during continuous immersion in water. Constructed from
durable stainless steel, the equipment operates via PLC control
with test parameters directly configurable through the touch screen

Test Method After assembling the connector and loading it into the equipment,
the interior is pressurized with approximately 25 lines drawn to
the exterior. The test chamber is filled with a sugar water
solution (user-provided) to simulate immersion conditions. |
