Intelligent Luminaires Thermal Aging Rack with 64-Channel Temperature Monitoring Product information: The luminaires thermal aging rack is designed and produced based on customer’s requirements and the test sample’s form, material, maximum dimensions, maximum weight and other data provided by the user. It is used to simulate the on-off aging test of lights, while monitoring the temperature rise to determine whether there is any impact on the usage and verify its reliability. This equipment adopts PLC intelligent control with mature technology, an optional computer control model, equipped with a voltage-adjustable voltage regulator, each layer is independently controlled, and different samples can be tested at the same time. At the same time, it is equipped with a 64-channel temperature meter, which can monitor the sample temperature rise in real-time.
Test principle: The output voltage is adjusted through the voltage regulator to provide power to the lamp samples. The PLC intelligent control system can control the opening and closing of the lamps according to the preset on-off time, and each layer is controlled independently. The touchscreen version of the temperature detector is external and monitors the temperature rise of the lamp in real time. The computer version of the temperature inspection instrument is built-in and communicates with the computer. It can form a temperature-time curve on the computer and control the power supply on and off according to the temperature rise.
Touch screen version(SN9938) / Computer versin(SN9938A) The main features are as follows: 1. Adopting a three-layer frame structure (as shown in the picture above). 2. Each layer is equipped with a separate voltage regulator, capacity is 3KVA, adjustable voltage is 0-300V and AC output. 3. A total of 20 stations are provided. 5 for street lights, 5 for lamps (E27 type), and 10 for other lighting products. Each workstation is equipped with light installation fixtures and a connection terminal.
4. PLC is used to control the power on and off time of each layer, and the program segments can be edited. 5. Equipped with a 64-channel temperature meter to detect the temperature rise of each sample.
6. There are two options: touch screen and computer version. The computer version can be directly operated by the computer. It can form a temperature rise-time curve on the computer and form a report for direct printing. 7. The test sample range is wide. The complete aging rack and spacing are as follows. The maximum sample size that can be installed is WD=1000*600mm.
