Product overview:
This IPX8 continuous immersion test chamber IEC 60529-2013 “Degrees of protection provided by enclosure (IP code)”. It is used to verify the protective performance of the enclosure for electronic and electrical products, automobiles, motorcycle parts, household appliances, seals and lamps under continuous immersion in water at degree IPX8. By controlling the depth of the sample in the water to achieve a standard equivalent pressure, and simulating water depth pressure by applying a certain pressure of air pressure, to produce water pressure across the entire surface of the specimen enclosure. The water depth range simulation of IPX8 is harsher than IPX7.
Equipment features:
1. The pressure vessel is made of 304 stainless steel, with high-precision overall sub-arc welding and good pressure resistance. 2. The outside of the tank is connected with a transparent tube, and the outer layer is attached with a stainless steel ruler, so that the internal water level can be clearly observed. 3. Special silicone seal ring, good elasticity, not easy to be damaged. 4. The tank lid above the device is fixed with 8 ring screws (distribution auxiliary steel rod). 5. The tester is equipped with safety valve, which automatically releases the pressure when it exceeds the rated pressure to prevent improper operation by the operator and the set pressure is too high 6. Electric control components are imported brands (such as: LS, Panasonic, Omron, etc.); pneumatic components are Airtac brands, to ensure the stability and service life of the equipment. 7. The test time can be set to: 0-999 minutes. When the test time is reached, the pressure can be automatically stopped and the air in the tank can be automatically exhausted. The operator can open the tank lid to take out the test sample. 8. Pressure display: The pressure is displayed by a pressure sensor, and the internal pressure can be automatically stabilized. The control accuracy: ± 0.002Mpa, the sensor display accuracy: 0.001Mpa. 9. 4 Water inlet and drain valves are installed at the bottom of the device.
