Application

It is used to conduct mechanical and electrical life tests on miniature molded case circuit breakers to assess whether the circuit breaker will experience excessive wear after 4,000 operating cycles, the position of the moving contact is inconsistent with the corresponding position of the indicating device, and the casing is damaged enough to be tested. Access to live parts, loose electrical and mechanical connections, leakage of sealing compounds, etc. to determine compliance with the standard.

Test principle		This testing machine adopts PLC touch screen independent control system to complete the automatic control of the test product. The action mechanism cooperates with the load on-off to realize the durability operation test of the test product. It can complete the statistical summary of the number of tests, and the closing time and opening time can be set.
