IEC62133-1 Computer Control Battery Crush Acupuncture Tester

Product information:

It is conforming to IEC62133-1:2017 clause 7.3.6, IEC62133-2:2017 clause 7.3.5, IEC60086-4 clause 6.5.3 IEC 60086-1 and etc.

This Battery Crush Test Machine is designed to simulate actual using environments for the lithium battery such as battery in crush and feedback the various results in different crushing conditions.

Capacitor is placed between two crushing boards, the motor drives the screw to transmit the crushing force onto battery. The screw returns if a pre-set force value reached, or voltage dropped to a pre-set value, or the battery deformed then repeat a cycle between periodic crushing and return.

Measuring, display, recording and output functions:

1	Able to measure the pressure between battery external cover and crush fixture, create pressure value-time curve.
2	Able to measure the step speed of the crush fixture and create step speed-time curve.
3	Able to measure the crush fixture displacement (relative to zero point) and create displacement-time curve.
4	Able to calculate and display the testing battery crush deformation rate and ratio, as well create time- deformation (deformation ratio) curve.
5	Above four type time curves tester can choose to record and display all of them or part of them.
6	Battery voltage acquisition system, able to acquisite the battery’s voltage changes, and able to set stop when voltage of zero.
7	Tester can establish multi procedure testing condition, and store the “testing condition document”, easy for later usages, no need to establish the testing conditions every time.
8	For each testing, the operator can choose related “testing condition documents”, and record in software the information of specimen, testing environment, testing equipment, thus record data for each test
9	Testing data store via Excel format, available for checking, printing, output testing data, curves any time as required.
