Product Information: This test device for circular saw switch and lower guard conforms is used to test the circular saw switch performance and circular saw lower guard’s durability and recovery time. It conforms to EN 60745-2-5: 2010 Annex M21.18, Annex M21.18.301, Annex M21.203, Annex M21.301, figure M.301, IEC60745-2-5:2003 Annex BB.20.102, EN 60745-2-5:2010 clause 17.101 and clause 19.102.3.
Technical Parameters:
Equipment Structure The mechanical system is a circular saw table. There are switches and sample sockets on the test bench, the operator can press the switch to turn on or off the load power supply to the test sample; circular saws of different sizes can be placed and fixed on the workbench; on the workbench, the device will hand-held circular saws. The switch of the saw is locked in the "On" position; the blade can be extended to the bottom of the table through the middle groove; there is a lower guard bar and two position sensors on the table below the blade, which can drive the circular saw's lower guard bar to open or close. The equipment consists of two parts, a mechanical system and an electrical control system.
The electrical control system consists of load power supply, PLC, 7-inch touch screen, etc. Manual operation and automatic operation can be realized.
