ISO 4892 UV Weatherproof Accelerated Aging Environmental Test
Chamber Brief Introduction: UV weathering test chamber is designed and manufactured in
accordance with ISO 4892-82, ASTM G 154, ISO 4892-3 standards; ISO
11507; ASTMD 4329, etc., can simulate the damage caused by
sunlight, rain and dew. Fluorescent UV lamp was used to simulate
the effect of sunlight, and condensed water was used to simulate
rain and dew. The material under test was placed under a certain
temperature and the cyclic program was used to carry out the
alternating test of light and water. Testing rooms can take days or
months, which can reproduce the dangers that occur outdoors. The
types of hazards include: fading, discoloration, loss of luster,
pulverization, cracking, turbidity, bubbles, embrittlement,
strength loss and oxidation. Uv test data helps select new
materials and evaluate how formula changes affect the durability of
new products. Widely used in coating, ink, paint, resin, plastic,
rubber, printing and packaging, aluminum profiles, adhesives,

Equipment structure | Parallelly install 8 lamps in a stainless steel chamber to
stimulate the ultraviolet light. The temperature of the inner
chamber is raised by the humidification system to simulate the
humid environment, and then the spray system is used to simulate
the rain. According to the programmed setting to make the three
different environments cycle alternately. |
