Equipment Overview

This test apparatus is used for the impact resistance test of household and similar electronic and electrical products and their accessories such as plugs and sockets and wall mounted mounting boxes, screw glands, covers, switches, lamps, etc., to assess the safety performance and mechanical strength level of the products.

It is designed and manufactured according to IEC60068-2-75:2014, IEC62262:2002 and it is required by IEC60598-1:2017, IEC60884-1:2013, IEC60669-1, etc.

The high-energy pendulum impact test apparatus adopts a trolley structure, can move forward, backward, left and right, the impact height is adjustable through the screw guide, the impact angle is adjustable from 0 to 90°. The striking element is free released at a certain height through a 1 m pendulum rod, impact the specimen at the lowest point in the vertical direction, after the conversion of gravitational potential energy to kinetic energy, to achieve the purpose of impact test on the sample.

2 Technical parameters

How to define the required impact height?

According to the relative test requirements to select impact energy and the following table, select the corresponding fall height. If the 5J energy test of IK08 is required, the fall height is 300mm.
