IEC 60312-1 Figure 28 Drum for Impact Test Vacuum Cleaner Free Fall Testing Equipment
Product Overview:
This drum for impact test is customized according to IEC 60312-1 clause 7.3.10 figure 28. It is used to assess the impact resistance of the detachable cleaning head of the vacuum cleaner. The drum is made of 5mm steel sheet and 20mm harden wood plates, the rotation of the drum is driven by geared motor and V-belt, there is a 200*300mm window for inspection, the rotation speed is default to be 5rpm. The test machine can preset the number of drops, and the equipment will automatically stop after reaching the number of times.

Working Principle (Extracted from IEC 60312-1 clause 7.3.10):
When the drum is rotated with a speed of about 5 r/min, the test object drops alternately towards one or the other of the floors of the drum, the height of fall being 80 cm.
