IEC 60436 Dishwasher Performance Test System Energy Efficiency Testing Chamber

System overview:

This dishwashers performance testing laboratory meets the requirements of IEC 60436-2015,  EN 50242,  AS/NZS2007.1,  SASO 2692, etc.

It consists of:

1 test area [size about 5400mm (length) * 4000mm (width) * 2800mm (height)]

1 equipment area [size about 5400mm (length) * 1500mm (width) * 2000mm (height)]

1 Contaminated area [size about 5400mm (length) * 2500mm (width) * 2800mm (height)]

1 data collection area and etc.

Chamber body features:

The interior of the thermal insulation room contains the test area, which is designed to be constant temperature and humidity, air supply and return air outlets, and floor drains. The ground is made of concrete, with drainage channels on the ground and stainless-steel grilles on the top.

The body of the internal test area adopts 75mm polyurethane insulation board structure, and the air supply material of the orifice plate at the top of the laboratory is made of rust-proof aluminum.

Anti-moisture LED lighting in the laboratory to meet the lighting requirements.

The air treatment system is located in the test area.

The test area has a double-opening door with internal opening function.
