Samples and Restrictions:
Household appliances (such as electric irons) with power cords that need to be moved during work; Appliances incorporating a swivel connection, such as hair appliances Hand-held power tools Copper wires Non-rewirable power plugs (or terminals) and non-rewirable mobile sockets
Application:
It is used to check the power cord flexing (bending) resistance performance of the small household appliances (such as coffee pot / electric iron), applicable for power cord flexing endurance tester of plugs and sockets, and also used to examine the temperature rise performance of the rotary joint of the hair & skin care apparatus after a continuous rotating operation.
Test Principle:
One end of the sample is fixed, and rotation action of the other end is driven to by the motor. At the same time, rated voltage and 1.25 times of rated current is applied to the sample, and the weight of 1N is hung on the flexible cord of the sample, to make the energized sample rotating at a certain rate under load, then measure the temperature rise of the sliding contacts after preset test times is completed.
Structure:
The test equipment adopts to Mitsubishi PLC control, 7-inch color touch screen intelligent operation system; servo motor controlling the test angle, high precision digital instrument, high performance digital frequency conversion, precise speed regulation, six number memory timer, multifunctional combined clamps, center gauge of rotation, bending angle adjustable, 4kw output power, can also supply load current to test sample (1.25 times of test sample’s rated current). Test times (maximum of 999999 times), test speed, and test angles can be preset; it has electric current detection function.
