Test Principle:

Simulates the environment in which the car operates by processing temperature, humidity, air pressure, air quality, etc.

Structure:

The whole system consists of test room, temperature and humidity treatment system, sunshine simulation system, fresh air system and vehicle conversion system.

1.The whole test system can meet the temperature and humidity testing requirements of fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles.

2. All materials and refrigerants must comply with international environmental requirements.

3. The system provided is new, fully functional, qualified, non-destructive, fully operational, fully automatic controlled, that automatically runs the program according to the set test procedures. The central control computer can automatically complete the measurement of the whole process according to the regulatory requirements, and have the function of saving the measurement results and saving the graphic curve. Use Environment​:

Power supply: AC380V±5%,50Hz, 70KW or match client’s local power supply requirements.

Use place: temperature 15-35 ° C, relative humidity 25%-75%, atmospheric pressure 86~106kpa (860 mbar-1060 mbar), the ground needs to be flat, with lighting, waterproof leakage switch (or socket) and good water inlet and drainage function.

Water source: clean water or tap water without impurities, equipped with water cleaning filter.
