This is a servo-driven fully automatic disposable non-woven mask manufacturing machine which is capable of producing 2 to 5 layers of masks at high speed and consistently.This machine uses PLC and touch screen to control the material from feeding, ultrasonic mask blank sealing and servo operated ear loop welding to complete the entire production line.
The machine has a well designed ear loop welding section with servo to achieve 99.99% mask productivity. The high quality of the finished product and the high efficiency of the production will give the customer increased productivity.
