New Type Wet Strength Agent Polyamide Polyamine-Epichlorhydrin PPE Chemicals Polymer for Paper Making IndustryFeatures:LSW - 50 is a novel type of wet - strength agent belonging to the PPE (Polyamide Polyamine - Epichlorhydrin) category. It has the ability to adhere to the fibers in the pulp. After reacting with the fibers in the dryer section, it forms a thermosetting resin, which can be permanently fixed within the fibers. As a result, it can enhance the wet strength of the paper. Functions:LSW - 50 can significantly enhance both the wet and dry strength of paper by creating a network structure. Meanwhile, by optimizing fiber flocculation, it can enhance the drainage performance in the wire section. Additionally, LSW - 50 acts as an accelerator for sizing agents and can also increase the folding endurance of paper. Specifications:
Usage method:LSW - 50 can be added in an intermittent manner to the mixing chest, or it can be added continuously to the stuff box. Typically, the amount of LSW - 50 used is in the range of 5kg to 35kg for every 1 ton of paper produced. The application concentration of LSW - 50 is set at 1% to 5%, and this specific concentration depends on the speed of the paper machine.
Applications:This wet strength agent is a water-soluble cationic thermosetting resin. It is non-toxic and odorless, and it does not belong to the category of formaldehyde polymers. It is appropriate for papermaking under neutral, slightly alkaline, and acidic conditions. In addition, in terms of the application efficacy of the wet strength agent, it performs much better than urea resin and melamine resin. Currently, it has been extensively applied in the production of dry and cleaning papers (such as banquet napkins, wet wipes, facial tissues, mirror cleaning papers, and facial tissues), outdoor papers (including kraft paper, wrapping paper, pasting paper, project papers, atlas papers, bag papers, seeding papers, and fruit wrapping papers), packaging materials (like paper cups, meat and fruit wrapping papers, and tea papers), papers used in wet environments (such as carbonless copy paper, photo base paper, disposable hospital papers, and baby napkins), and other special-purpose papers (such as tobacco papers, banknote papers, invoice papers, and archival papers).
Package :It is packaged in plastic drums, and each drum has a capacity of either 200 kilograms or 1000 kilograms.
Storage:This product needs to be kept in a dry warehouse. It should be safeguarded against frost and exposure to direct sunlight. The appropriate storage temperature for this product ranges from 5 to 30 degrees Celsius.
