The working principle of continuous inkjet technology

With the effect of pressure, the ink enters the spray gun, and the crystal oscillator is installed in the spray gun. By vibration, a fixed interval is formed after the ink is ejected. Through the processing and phase of the CPU, some ink dots are passed through the charging pole. Being charged with different electric cores, different offsets occur under a high-voltage magnetic field of several thousand volts, and the flying nozzle falls on the surface of the moving product to form a dot matrix, thereby forming text, numbers or graphics.
