1. Brief introduction
This 2 head filling capping machine is designed by our
own company with automatic bottle unscrambler, peristaltic pump
filling, cap arranging mechanism, automatic push-on capping
mechanism, automatic weighing system(Optional) and vertical
positioning labeling machine. This machine stable running speed is
around 75 bottles/min. It is specially designed for 3ml test tube
type vials.
2. Working process.
2.1. Automatic tube unscrambler.
Put the tubes into the automatic tube unscrambler and then tubes
come to the inlet of filling machine automatically.
2.2. Automatic filling and push-on capping machine.
When bottles come to filling area, the machine will start filling
and capping process automatically.( Optional: laminar flow cover
above, ensuring totally aseptic environment.)
2.3. Vertical positioning labeling machine.
After weighing, the bottles will be transferred to star wheel of
labeling machine. The labels on the label roll will be stripped and
labeled on the bottles automatically. The bottles will be
positioned and labeling, which ensures high labeling accuracy.
2.4. Automatic weighing and detecting system.(Optional)
After filling and capping, the bottles will be transferred to
weighing system. The weight which excess the required amount will
be detected, machine will stop working.
3. Technical features.
3.1.Automatic filling and push-on capping machine.
3.1.1. Features.
- This machine layout is smart and compact which also adopted
humanized design in terms of operating habits.
- The operation interface is made of colorful LCD touch screen, and
the whole machine system is controlled by PLC.
- Positioning filling mechanism ensures better filling accuracy.
- Precise CAM technology to take the cap for capping. The capping
unit adopts servo technology to control the capping force. By
changing the servo drive output parameters to change the rotate
speed,ensures the force of the push-on cap is relatively constant.
And the quantitative setting ,quantitative control are made to
ensure that the cap is capped properly on the bottles.
- With the equipment operation monitoring function. The operation
condition of the main parts of the machine has a dynamic display on
the HMI, which makes the operation state of the machine clear at a
glance, easy to operate and maintain. When the machine is in a
state of alarm, in addition to the sound and light alarm, the
dynamic display alarm position and cause can be displayed on the
HMI.
- The whole line is made of intelligent control, the upstream and
downstream stations running are with interlocking control function.
- Most parts are made of stainless steel SUS 304#, aluminum alloy
material, etc. and the filling needle made of 316L material, in
line with the pharmaceutical enterprises GMP requirements and other
industry products packaging requirements.
- 100 purification laminar flow hood against GMP requirements
(optional).
