Attentioon Tips :

1. Is it hard for you to clean the trash at the bottom of fish tank and the water get dirty ?

It is not beneficial for water filtration if the fish tank water isn’t running. Most of fishes enjoy the dynamic water environment. Our wave maker can promote circulating ability of fish tank water and move the trash at the bottom of fish tank away. And it is helpful for filter to finish water filtration easily.

2. Why dose the wavemaker pump very noisy?

Firstly,please confirm whether the wave pump is completely immersed in the water. Secondly, please confirm whether the voltage is 110V/60Hz. If it is 50Hz, it will also cause the wave pump to be noisy. Thirdly, please disassemble the pump. Wave pump inspection, whether there is anything stuck near the propeller.

3. Why does the wavemaker pump not work after a period of time?what should we do?

First of all, we must first rule out whether it is burnt out, if not, please disassemble the pump body, is there something stuck,If the problem cannot be eliminated, please ask for help.

• Knob: For adjusting the wave frequency, not the flow rate. When the wave size is small, spin the knob to find a suitable frequency to match the water flow rate and make the wave size bigger.
• Speed/Feed: Short press for water flow rate adjustment ( 30% to 100%, blue indicator light). Long press for 3s to enter feeding mode -- the pump will pause for 10 minutes, and the “10 min” indicator light will turn green. It will continue to work automatically after 10 minutes, while it also can be early terminated through long pressing the button.
• Mode/Lock : Short press for shifting within 4 kinds of modes. Use the SPEED button together with the knob can get more different effects of wave shapes. Long Press for 3s to lock all buttons and the knob, long press again to unlock.
• Light Mode : Long press until the yellow indicator light is ON. Press again to cancel. It can automatically shift day or night mode because of the light sensor. Night Mode-- The flow rate level is 30%, and its working mode is M1 which means other modes are unavailable to use.
