The pump is composed of rotor 1, stator 2, blade 3,
oil distribution plate and end cover. The inner surface of the
stator is a cylindrical hole. There is eccentricity between rotor
and stator. The blade can slide flexibly in the rotor slot. Under
the action of the centrifugal force when the rotor rotates and the
pressure oil at the root of the blade, the top of the blade is
close to the inner surface of the stator, so a sealed working
cavity is formed between the two adjacent blades, the oil
distribution plate, the stator and the rotor. When the rotor
rotates counterclockwise, the blade on the right side of the
picture extends outward, and the volume of the sealing working
cavity increases gradually, resulting in a vacuum, so the oil is
inhaled through the windows on the suction port 6 and the oil
distribution plate 5. . While on the left side of the figure. The
blade is retracted inwards, the volume of the sealing cavity is
gradually reduced, and the oil in the sealing cavity is pressed out
through the other window of the oil distribution plate and the
pressure port 1 and is output to the system. In the process of
rotating the rotor, oil and oil pressure oil is each time, so it is
called a single-acting pump. The rotor is subjected to a radial
hydraulic imbalance force, which is also known as a non-balanced
type pump, with a large bearing load. The displacement of the pump
can be varied by varying the amount of eccentricity between the
stator and the rotor, so that the pump is a variable pump.
