Application Industry The aim of dissolved air flotation is to separate the fine
suspended solids in water, algae and micro-floc. And dissolved air

Three-chamber dosing device is an automatic, continuous and integrated dry powder dispensing and dosing device. The device is composed of water supply system, dry powder adding system, dissolving and curing system and automatic control system. The device is an automatic continuous configuration and dosing system of powder medicament. The dry powder agent enters the premix from the screw propeller at the bottom of the hopper to premix with water. The wet material enters the preparation tank to dilute and mix. When the liquid level in the storage tank is at a high level, the preparation process will stop automatically. When the solution drops to a low level, the batching process will start automatically. The preparation tank and the curing tank are equipped with agitators to dilute and mature the agents. The mixture flow and concentration can be determined by adjusting the inlet flow and the rotating speed of the screw shaft. This device is controlled by PLC, with high degree of automation, stable performance and simple operation. Preparation process
Dry powder feeding system is designed for automatic continuous preparation and feeding system of powdery materials. The whole process from powder to prepared solution achieves automatic and continuous operation. The dry powder enters the mixer from the hopper according to the required dosage (setting the screw speed), and then enters the mixing tank after wetting for dilution (setting the inflow rate) to reach the required concentration of the solution. The diluted solution flows through the curing tank and then into the storage tank. The dosing/liquid is transported to the point/fixed/point by the metering pump. When the solution in the storage tank is at a low liquid level, the liquid level switch outputs the signal and starts the equipment to reprepare the solution. When the solution in the storage tank is at a high liquid level, the liquid level switch sends a signal, and the repeating process stops. If the storage slot is empty, the repeat starts again. This allows the system to run continuously, with the mixer continuously stirring the solution. The material level meter of the hopper continuously detects the material level, sends a signal when it reaches the low level, closes the inlet solenoid valve, and automatically starts after adding materials.
