Introduction

WLS shaftless screw conveyor is used for the disposal of scum in municipal wastewater treatment plant, residential sewage pretreatment unit, municipal rainwater/wastewater and waterworks etc. And it usually works as ancillary device for screenings, dewatering machines etc. Scum dropped from screenings or discharge outlet of dewatering machine will be delivered from one end to another end under drive of motor rotary drum and connect with trash can for further disposal.

(1) The driving device adopts parallel shaft helical gear reducer, with low noise and easy to maintain.

(2) Direction of transportation is determined by the rotating direction of spiral blade& motor which can realize bidirectional-transportation.

(3) The lined U-shaped tank, with high abrasive resistance performance and long lifespan, is easy to replace.

(4) No clogging exists, low noise and easy for to maintain.

Packing and Delivery

1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.

2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
