Precision Roller Bearing Description

ZKLN series bothway bearing, diameter of axle for 10-100 - mm, ZKLF series for bolt installation are both way with diameter of axle for 12-100mm. ZKLN series bearing is equivalent to two sets of one-way bearing, back to back structure configuration and inseparable. Precision Roller Bearing Characteristics

• The ZKLF series bearings are equivalent to the structure of the ZKLN series bearings except that the rings are thicker and machined with through-holes for mounting bolts. The bolt is directly mounted on the associated components to simplify the structure and installation process.
• In order to be able to be relubricated as required, there is M6 threaded holes for grease injection on one end surface and outer diameter surface . These holes are blocked by countersunk (set) screws when the bearing is manufactured.
• The end face of the threaded hole should face away from the bed face. Bearing with a large tolerance has no threaded hole in the outer diameter surface and can only be lubricated through the threaded hole in the end surface.
• The ZKLF bearing has an circular groove on the outer diameter surface for its removal from the seat on the leadscrew drive shaft.
