1. Can we make a sample with printed logo, how long it takes to receive the sample?

Yes, we accept customized sample, sample and express fee is 80USD(refundable after confirming the order), it takes 7days to finsih sample, and express takes 5-8days.

2. What is the minimum order quantity?

Currently we don't require MOQ for this product, but customized sleeping bag quantity at least 100pcs, in order to reduce the shipping cost, we suggests to use ocean shipping.

3. What is your lead time of mass production?

Normally the lead time is 30days after confirming the order, it takes 45days when our product capacity is full.

4. What payment method and payment term do you accept?

Western Union, Money Gram or paypal is acceptable for sample fee. For mass production order, we would do 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance against copy B/L.

5. What products your company deal with?
