4. Attentions about customized thermostat.

  1) When select thermostat switch, need to confirm the accurate temperature. To avoid temperature changes caused by thermal inertia,  thermal conduction and other factors, need to consider the following factors.

  a. Detection part of temperature control.

  b. Thickness and material of heat transfer component.

  c. The power of the heating element.

  d. Amount of heated medium.

  e. Ambient temperature and air pressure.

 2) During installation, need to make sure the thermostat’s temperature-sensing surface to be evenly contacted with the temperature-controlling part, and the force should be evenly applied to stabilize the temperature-sensing. Besides, need to coat the surface of temperature-sensitive with thermal grease or other similar heat-conducting medium.

 3)During customized thermostat using process, need to avoid moisture and pollution, otherwise it will affect the electrical performance of the product. Recommended working environment is that relative humidity ≤90%, no contact with corrosive and flammable things.

Q1: How can we get a quote?
A: Please offer the specification of thermostat, such as action temperature, case/bracket style, application, demand quantity etc.

Pictures or drawing are welcome for our reference.

Q2: How can we get a drawing.

A: After confirm the detail specification, we will provide the drawing via E-mail, WhatsApp, Wechat and other ways.

Q3: What is the MOQ?
A: Normally our MOQ is 2000 pcs. Larger quantity could win better price. We can support small quantity for test or pilot run purpose.

Q4: What about the lead time?
A: 7 days for sample making.

    20~30 days for mass production orders. 

    We will support to shorten the lead time for urgent demand.

Q5: Express or Forwarder for delivery.

A: Customer could assign a express or forwarder for delivery, or we ask our source to do it if it's more cost-saving.
