Before producing:

1 . Raw Material:

For the control of raw materials, only high-quality titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, and steel are used as raw materials. The only cooperative manufacturer of ceramic chips, the largest domestic supplier of ceramic chips,Kunshan Risheng Electronic Co.,Ltd..

2. Design:

Ultrasonic technician with more than ten years experience in ultrasonic area, and each product undergoes FEA modal analysis

After producing:

1. Test by Impedence analyzer, to keep the parameter in our system, so that every customer can check thier parameter from our company.

2. Tunning on the machine: we will take our ultrasonic generator/transducer/booster/horn on the welding machine for test , to confirm there is no tunning problem.

3. Old test: keep every machine 24hours work before shipment.
