Fertilizer Granulator Machine Structure

Commonly seen is the roller extrusion, which is composed of a feeding device and two parallel and opposite pressing rollers. The axis line of one pressure roll is fixed, and the axis line of the other roll can be moved in parallel, and there is an accurate small gap between the two rolls.

Usually, the feeding device is above the parallel rolls, and the material is forced into the gap between the two rolls by the running friction between the material of the feeding system and the rolls. The material is brought in under the rotation of the roller and extruded into a pancake (sheet). After falling, it is broken into small particles by a crushing device, and then sieved to obtain particles of qualified grade.
